• President of Government Contracting (PGC)

Lead the entire Government Contracting division, define strategic direction, and manage senior leadership across all contract sectors.

• Vice President of Government Contracting (VPGC)

Support the PGC in overseeing day-to-day operations, training, and growth of the GovCon team while helping DIG scale nationally.

• Director of Government Contracting (DGC)

Oversee contract performance, compliance, and bidding strategy across multiple states and verticals, reporting to executive leadership.

• Deputy Director of Government Contracting (DDGC)

Manage Government Contract Managers, track KPIs, and support proposal oversight under the DGC’s direction.

• Senior Government Contract Manager (SGCM)

Oversee junior GCMs, submit high-value proposals, and serve as a top-level contributor to DIG’s contract acquisition goals.

• Government Contract Manager (GCM)

Submit bids, build partnerships, and manage contracts within a target market or region. Must meet monthly submission goals.

• Government Contract Acquisition Specialist (GCAS)

Assist with market research, subcontractor coordination, and proposal development to support GCMs and SGCMs.
